LIABILITY WAIVER. By using My Trade Pal, you hereby waive your right to sue or hold liable My Trade Inc., its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates for any loss, damage, or perceived loss (financial or otherwise) experienced on or off the platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss arising from any signal, tool, suggestion, alert, automated action, AI-generated output, or omission by the My Trade Pal platform or its agents. 4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS. Past performance, backtest results, predictive models, and AI-generated analyses do not guarantee future outcomes. My Trade Pal makes no warranty or representation regarding profitability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. 5. BINDING AGREEMENT. This acknowledgment is binding upon acceptance and supersedes any prior oral or written communications regarding these terms. You confirm that you have read, understood, and freely agreed to its terms.
